Connexions Recruitment Services
To supplement the work we do with young people, part of the Connexions grant funds us to work with employers. One element of this is the Recruitment Service, which is specifically aimed at employers who wish to recruit a young person between the ages of 16-19.
If you have a vacancy to fill, Connexions can help you to find the right young person for your company.
Connexions have an experienced team of advisers who will match your vacancy and specific requirements to a database of young people.
Your vacancy will be advertised FREE across the 18 Connexions' centres in Lancashire and on the Connexions 13to19 website, ensuring the widest possible audience is reached.
Our Recruitment Services advisers can also offer you FREE advice and guidance on issues relating to employing young people - including training, employment legislation and the National Minimum Wage.
Each vacancy is account managed by a Recruitment Adviser, giving you a named point of contact at all times. What’s more there is no time limit on advertising your vacancy – our service continues until you find the right employee.
